The City of Philadelphia Air Pollution Control Board will hold a Special Public Meeting on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 6:00 PM to provide opportunity for public comment on the amendments to Air Management Regulation VI (“Control of Air Toxics and Risk Assessment”). The amendments are available to view at http://regulations.phila- records.com.

This meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. Anyone planning to join the virtual meeting must use the following link to register in advance:

Oral testimony will be limited to 5 minutes per speaker. Each organization providing oral testimony will be limited to one designated speaker.

The meeting will be recorded and then will be posted on the internet for viewing. The agenda for this public meeting will be posted 24-hours in advance of the meeting at https://www.phila.gov/documents/air-pollution-control-board-meeting-minutes/
